Business/Corporate Transactions We represent a wide range of business clients from medical, construction, software to real estate companies who need a wide variety of contracts for both business-to-business and consumer applications.   Civil Litigation We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of commercial business contracts, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and construction contracts.   Entity Formation The firm creates and forms the governing documents for various entities, such as limited liability companies, corporations, general and limited partnerships.   Estate Planning We prepare estate plans which include: will, trust (revocable and irrevocable), power of attorney (financial), durable health care directive, and trust transfer deeds to real estate.   Real Estate Transactions The firm handles all matters involving real estate, including, commercial and residential real estate purchase/sale/option agreements, exchanges and escrow closings, retail, office, industrial and ground lease agreements, purchase/sale of loan pools, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, loan originations and modifications, non-judicial foreclosures, tenancy-in-common agreements, lot-line adjustments, covenants, conditions and restrictions ("CC&R's"), and easements and licenses for view, open space, access, drainage, maintenance, utilities, use restrictions, and recreational activities
