B. Kimberly Johnson
Kimberly Johnson has practiced law since 1992 and oversees the firm's appellate, civil litigation and arbitration matters. She has
litigated a wide variety of case through trial, appeal, and the enforcement of judgments, and has dealt with arbitration matters as
well. Her experience includes matters related to real estate transactions, title insurance issues, and commercial business disputes.
Mrs. Johnson is able to research thoroughly and apply the law and court procedures with knowledge and precision. Her experience in
litigation and the appeals she has handled (several of which have been published) enable her to foresee potential points of
controversy when drafting and reviewing agreements in order to avoid ambiguities which could require the court to determine the
parameters of the contract at an ultimately greater cost to the parties.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1964, and grew up in Maryland by the Chesapeake Bay. She earned her B.A. degree
from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. She was an articles editor and
published a case note in the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Journal. Kimberly enjoys playing music, researching family
genealogy, yoga, participating and volunteering in her daughters' school and activities and, most of all, spending time with her
family.
