Michael W. Johnson

Mr. Johnson started his professional career in 1990 with the corporate legal department of Fidelity National Title, a Fortune ® 500 company. In 2001 he and his wife, Kimberly Johnson, formed Johnson & Johnson, LLP. Michael guides the firm's areas of practice from business and real estate transactions, entity formation, civil litigation and estate planning. He has represented a wide variety of commercial businesses, lenders, real property owners, escrow holders, brokers, foreclosure trustees, and contractors. He is a skilled advocate and negotiator who understands the legal and equitable issues, and is able to formulate creative solutions that protect the rights of the client.

Michael was born in 1965 in Whittier and raised in Tustin, California. Mr. Johnson's interest in the legal profession was developed during his college years when he worked as a title searcher for a title company in Santa Ana, California. In 1987 he obtained his B.S. from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California, and obtained his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1990. Kimberly and Michael are raising two daughters in South Orange County. He enjoys participating in his daughters' activities, coaching, and improving his western horsemanship.
